Adirondack Chairs – Update 6

Final assembly day! There’re still finish sanding and sealing to do but those aren’t jobs for young lungs. We’re installing the arms. Me: “Henry these bolts that thread into the T-Nuts require an allen wrench, so that’ll be a new tool today.” Hen: “Yeah I know that tool from adjusting my bike seat.” Me: “Well okay then.” Finally the chairs are ready for the sitting test. The boys are happy. They’re quoting Homer Simpson when Selma gave him her old maternity pants, “I’ve never known such comfort.” Oh, and we had time to practice a skill learned at scout camp…
