Lighting the Christmas Tree

I’m trying to teach the scouts that you don’t always need to build a log cabin of kindling wood, fill it with shavings, and strike a flint to get a spark and light the campfire. You can take an old Christmas tree, dead and dried 5 years and light it up with a propane flame thrower. Works just as well. Better, I’d say.
